Romchokpattana ,co.ltd  ( Chokchai  Group ) was established in 1997  by Mr.Phaisan Saesow and Mrs Sumalee Lochaisakul . The company  started the business of merchandising construction materials in Pattaya.

         We  concentrate on the properties at a perfect location in Pattaya and the price is reasonable. At the early years of the company,  we have developed Chokchai Village 1-10 , Chokchai Garden Home 1-4 , and Wonderland 1-4   which consist of single house,  twin house  and town house.  After  we have achieved  those  projects,   our company expanded a larger variety  of  projects  to meet  customer's demands such as CC Condominium 1 and CC Condominium2 . Now  the  company   has completed a variety of development such as town house, twin house, single house, commercial building and condominium. In overall  we  have experienced more than 19 projects around Pattaya.

          In addition, we also produce materials such as precast, concrete pile and brick in order to use in  our projects. Our  executive  teams  are  also very specialized in many differences their abilities such as engineering, architecture, sale & marketing teams and designer.
